A recommended mind-body approach to improving back health and function which gently and progressively gets you back to being more active.  Suitable for complete beginners.

postural improvements, mental focus, relaxation and breathing techniques.

12 x 75 minute weekly classes, easy foundational yoga poses with weekly themes.  Course materials included comprehensive book, practise sheets, hand-outs, 4 relaxation sound tracks (download CD).
