Legs Bums and Tums – Saturdays 8.30-9.30 am

Legs, bums, and tums (or LBT as it's more discreetly known) is a class designed to work those wobbly bits where fat most commonly likes to stay. It comprises of an aerobic warm up and body weight exercises that are simple to perform but are guaranteed to make your muscles ache (in a good way!) . The class is tailored to target the specific problem areas listed above getting you trim, slim, and healthy. However toning work alone will not magically remove all fat so this class is designed in a way that, between toning muscle groups, there are short bursts of aerobic workout to help raise the heart rate and increase calorie burn. Our class is open to anyone over the age of 16, regardless of fitness or bodyshape so please don't be shy. All this is done to fun funky music and people are encouraged to enjoy themselves because although getting in shape can be hard work its best to make it as enjoyable as possible which is always our aim at Knightwood Fitness. Please make sure you bring some water and a towel.
