Tai Chi and Chi Kung are ancient Chinese exercises practised to increase your life span. They also improve balance, posture and co-ordination. Lower your blood pressure, improve your health and wellbeing. The exercises are simple and fun.
Tai chi and Shibashi for everyone
Classes are held in the Cuckoo bush room every Monday at 1115-1215 and every Thursday 2-3pm. With the exception of a holiday break and bank holidays classes run all year around.
Both classes are designed for all abilities whether beginner or more advanced. They both are a mixture of warm up exercises and chi Kung, tai chi yang form and shibashi. This contains a soft slow moving motion that anyone can follow and enjoy and ease their bodies into their older life. Everyone is welcome to attend, please contact me before attending.
