Wednesdays
A Gentle Movement Yoga flow class which allows you to move with intention and ease as we practice meditations, breathing techniques, gentle flowing movements and stretches with mindfulness.

This class has a relaxed and friendly vibe allowing you to unwind with ease from your day.

Great for beginners,  those looking to return to yoga or just if you fancy a slowly paced gentle yoga flow.

Thursdays
A Vinyasa Flow class using a series of postures flowing from one to another in time with the breath. This class brings a sense of strength in the body whilst still maintaining a sense of calm. Options are provided throughout making this accessible for all.

Both Classes £8 or £35 for a 5-class pass
