Renowned author and leading perennial edible plant explorer, Stephen Barstow, has spent a lifetime collecting and ‘eating his way through’ hundreds of lesser-known edible plants from around the world.
On a rare visit from his Forest Garden in Norway, Stephen will share tales of the plant adventures that led to his record breaking salad in 2003 - with 537 different plant-based ingredients!
Talk: 3:00-5:30pm (including time for questions)
(doors open 2:30pm for refreshments & stalls)
Tickets: £10 / £5
