With confidence and self-esteem at an all-time low, this film is a wonderful reminder of how incredible our bodies are. Although this film is focused on women, the mesage is equally important for all. It has a 12 certificate, so children can attend with an accompanying adult.

The evening is presented by local confidence coach, author and founder, Vie Portland. Vie founded VieNess Discover You Love You CIC, a community project that teaches self-esteem and confidence worshops to children, young people & women, in schools, groups and libraries.

There will be refreshments, with donations to fund the ongoing work of the CIC.
